Obituary
Sandra Shepard was an amazing young woman, full of big plans and dreams. She had an artist's soul and an angel's heart. She was taken home much to soon for those of us here who loved her.
She is survived by her mother Misty Moore (James), her father Jerry Shepard Sr. (Emma) her brothers Chris Dixon, JJ Shepard, and Wesley Shepard, and her sister Shania Dixon.
She was also a much loved member of Mike Cagle's family here in Rockingham. We will all miss our sweet girl, fly high!
